Oliver MacDonald
Co-Founder and Managing Director

Oliver co-founded RedZebra in 1994.

He has since worked with over 2 million people across 6 continents; from street children to royalty, from grass roots charities to fortune 500 companies.

 

Oliver designs and delivers creative projects across a variety of industries. Sectors include finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, beverage, medical and social care, as well as many educational and governmental bodies and charities.

Oliver’s creative drive stems from his love for music. As a talented percussionist, he brings music to the forefront of several RedZebra processes.

With boundless energy and an unyielding commitment to unlocking potential, Oliver has a distinguished reputation for creating a lasting legacy for change.

Mark Dodsworth
Co-Founder and Director of RedZebra South Africa

Mark co-founded RedZebra with Oliver and now heads up RedZebra South Africa in Cape Town and is the co-director of the RedZebra Youth Empowerment Foundation.

As a fellow of the Creative Education Foundation and having presented globally at numerous conferences, Mark brings a wealth of experience to his creative facilitation. Mark uses a dynamic toolkit of rhythm, music and creativity to actively engage and empower people in communities and organisations.

His global exposure has given him a unique insight into human interaction, enabling him to develop truly effective ways to increase people’s engagement in the content, message & experience his clients want to deliver.

Gloria Williams
Director of RedZebra US

Gloria looks after the RedZebra office in San Diego. An expert in qualitative analysis, Gloria has also founded her own company, MOLA, in 1997 and serves as a consultant. 

Gloria designs and facilitates client meetings, ideations and ethnographic immersions to help her clients uncover new insights and exceed their learning objectives.

Nicky Pyper
RedZebra Project Manager

Nicky is RedZebra’s Project Manager, she manages everything from our corporate leadership programmes and conferences to our community music groups. She is the first point of contact for any project and is the driving force on the operational side of RedZebra.

Nicky joined RedZebra in June 2015, after nearly 10 years in project management, stage management and admin roles within creative and educational organisations.

With a background in music and music education Nicky is a firm believer in the power of the arts. It’s ability to touch the lives of so many and create positive change and growth.

Anna Lozzi
RedZebra Associate

Anna joins Red Zebra as a Freelance Associate in 2015 after working with Red Zebra as a client in Diageo on Leadership Development and Team Building projects. Anna, who is based in Italy, comes to Red Zebra after 17 years in Diageo where she has covered several generalist HRD roles.

Anna is fluent in Italian , French and English. Key areas of experience are: organisational development, strategic talent development processes (succession planning, talent and capabilities development) and leadership development programmes. Anna has an OPP certification for the use of MBTI and Firo-b that she uses with individuals and teams.

Ben Ramalingam

Ben is a researcher, writer and advisor, focusing on global development and humanitarian issues. He supports RedZebra with his expert knowledge on our community development and corporate social responsibility.

He leads research and advisory work on a range of critical global problems, from climate change, urbanisation, food prices and economic development to humanitarian crises, health systems and environmental sustainability.

Greig Jansen

Grieg first worked with RedZebra while he was CEO at Coca-Cola East African Bottling Share Company (EABSC) to design and deliver a team development programme.

He achieved “Country of the Year” award in 2011 based on performance, staff engagement, customer satisfaction, and profitability metrics. Greig works with RedZebra to develop projects across these areas of his expertise.

Jeremy Oldfield

Jeremy is a Producer who helps agencies and global brands create outstanding live events campaigns.

He helps clients devise and deliver smart, original, creative solutions for live event campaigns; solutions that are always driven by a deep understanding of their brand and communication needs.

 

 

He’s had a diverse career over 27 years, working in theatre, television and as a Director at two of London’s best creative agencies, working for global brands like Microsoft, Nokia and Starbucks. This journey have given him a unique perspective that can really make a difference to ensuring the success of any event project.

Jo Wright

Jo first came across RedZebra in 1998 as their client whilst working with Diageo. They continued to work together across the years and finally Jo joined the team in 2012 as a freelance associate.  Jo’s primary focus is on organisational effectiveness working with senior leaders and teams to improve their impact on business performance.

Jo has more than 20 years experience in industry, primarily in senior HR roles within large multinational organisations. Jo works with RedZebra on a number of corporate jobs including design and facilitation on some of our most successful Leadership programmes.

Katie Chalcraft
RedZebra Associate

Katie has worked with RedZebra for over 5 years. She is a dedicated and passionate facilitator who enjoys designing and facilitating programmes to unlock the capacity of individuals and organisations to new ways of thinking, being and doing.

Her experience spans both the corporate sector and the international development sector. She has worked with people from diverse walks of life in over 15 countries across 4 four continents. From factory workers, young people living with HIV, asylum seekers, NGO workers, government staff, sex workers, religious leaders, to graduates and top business leaders for multinational companies.

 

Whether she is facilitating under a tree in rural Africa or in a 5 star hotel in Asia, Katie feels most alive when people are connecting with themselves, and each other and new ways to bring about positive change.

Kirsty Lewis

Kirsty is a passionate and motivated person who loves to enable others to create a change within themselves or their businesses. She applies 10 years of expertise in coaching and facilitating across global markets and teams. She first worked with RedZebra though our client Diageo and immediately saw the same passion for facilitation and training.

She is passionate and gets a buzz from inspiring highly capable young managers and enabling them to grow into their full potential. Having worked in FMCG/CPG, Pharma, Energy and Banking across all levels she has the ability to connect, communicate and effect sustainable transformation within individuals and teams. When not in meeting rooms facilitating change, she can be found working as part of a team racing boats across the Atlantic or in the Caribbean and Europe.

Since 2008, Mike has worked as a part-time associate and facilitator for RedZebra, advising and supporting on Business Operations.

Passionate about music and the arts, Mike is also a board member of an arts based charity and an accomplished musician and teacher.

Patrick Vermin
RedZebra Associate

Dutch training facilitator Patrick has worked with RedZebra for more than 10 years. He has a creative approach and dedicated drive to fulfil the most difficult tasks; he will move any group.

Patrick is an expert in Learning & Development and has a great understanding on how humans behave, learn and communicate. His background is as diverse as his way of work. From being an army drill instructor to a theatre- and movie actor himself, to him it’s all about combining and making it real. With his empathy and wide perspective on things he will make you look and experience different ways to reach your goal. He is also the one RedZebra that plays only one but very important instrument: his body.

 

Eight years ago he designed the first training session for clothing brand Scotch & Soda. Their start in retail next to their wholesale experience had to be ‘different’ and truly ‘theirs’. Patrick’s translation of the core values into workable tools, is now the worldwide standard for all their trainings and programs, which are still executed by him, by the content experts he coaches and the trainers he trains.

Paul Dodd
RedZebra Associate

Paul has worked on projects for RedZebra for over 20 years. He is an experienced musician, workshop leader and facilitator.

Paul has a background in visual and performing arts and often leads on our art and music based team events.

 

 

He is Director of Maracatu Cruzeiro do sul, a carnival arts group based in Brighton playing the music of north east Brazil. As musical director, Paul is central to the performance groups RedZebra often puts together for events and conferences.

Phil Humphreys

Phil and RedZebra have collaborated on the design and delivery of numerous leadership, sales, marketing, supplier and distributor events and conferences across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Richard Whitehead

Richard is World Record holder in full and half marathons and the current Paralympic and World Champion in the T42 200m. He is also a director and performance mentor at oneathlete limited.

Many people say Richard is an inspiration. Richard says that he’s simply an athlete, who has been given the opportunity to run. As a double leg amputee, life is full of challenges, but that’s never got in Richard Whitehead’s way…Since that first marathon in 2004, Richard has run more than twenty marathons, not to mention competing at the 2006 Winter Paralympic Games in sledge hockey.

Richard’s aspirations are far bigger than just winning races. He wants to make a difference. To prove that even though he has a disability, he has overcome barriers that have been put in front of him. RedZebra first came across Richard at a Team Development event and were blown away by his incredible passion, drive and powerful motivational speaking.

An experienced international trainer, facilitator and coach who specialises in helping individuals and teams achieve their goals and best performance in dynamic and competitive markets.
