At the heart of every RedZebra programme is our experiential approach. As identified by Confucius in 450BC, there are fundamental ways in which we all experience the world, and techniques and processes that improve how we retain information, learn and develop.

The concept of experiential learning explores the cyclical pattern of all learning from Experience through Reflection and Conceptualising to Action. This is called The Experiential Learning Cycle.

Proven & Effective

Studies show that experiential learning increases both retention rates and levels of understanding.

It succeeds because participants actively engage in first-hand experiences, and then reflect upon on those experiences.

By generating high levels of engagement and powerful memories we create bookmarks in peoples minds enabling them to access knowledge far more easily.
